Peter Phillips

Peter Phillips (LLB) — Partner

Peter graduated from Canterbury University in 1965. He was with Anthony Harper for over 40 years and joined Saunders Robinson Brown as a partner in February 2009.

He has significant experience in private client work including property, commercial law, business law and trusts. He has had considerable experience as trustee of private and charitable trusts.

Peter is a past President of the Canterbury District Law Society and was actively involved in Law Society matters over many years.

Areas of Practice:


Peter has been married to Marie for 38 years and they have three adult children. He enjoys recreational walking, gardening, reading and most sporting activities. He is involved as a trustee and/or director in several non-profit organisations.
